Industrial conveyor furnace is a furnace in which the products are moved during the heating process from the loading to the unloading opening on the conveyor. In the conveyor furnace steel products heating before plastic deformation, heat treatment, drying, and others can be carried out. By design the conveyor furnaces can have the conveyor under hearth, hearth conveyor and conveyor above the hearth. Chain of hearth conveyor is located in the working space of the furnace and the chain temperature equals the product heating temperature. Conveyor furnace with hearth conveyor is used for products heating up to 600°С and at length less than 5m — up to 800°С. In such furnaces the heat treatment of torsion bars, rails and non-ferrous metals products heating is provided. Conveyor furnace is gas-, liquid fuel and heated, or the heating provided by the electric heating elements.
